Order Processing

  • Dewi Artisans International offers USPS priority mail shipping to any destination within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Dewi Artisans International normally processes orders within 2 business days.

Shipping Fees

  • Dewi Artisans International offers USPS priority mail shipping to any destination within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $8.00 for orders totaling $90.00 or less.
  • Shipping is free for all orders over $90.00.

Returns & Exchanges

General Information:

Certain items are “not returnable” including:

  • All gift certificate sales are final and may not be returned for refund or canceled.
  • Any item, which is, annotated "non-returnable".

Return Requirements:

  • Items returned must be in perfect and unused condition with original labels and tags.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees for orders refused by the customer.

Exchange Requirements:

If you wish to exchange an item you have received for a different item, please return the item for exchange in accordance with following:

  • Items returned must be in perfect and unused condition with original labels and tags.
  • The new items ordered for exchange, must be of equal or greater value.
  • Items must be returned not later than 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Incorrect Damaged or Defective Items:

If items delivered do not match the customer order, arrive damaged or defective, upon sconfirmation Dewi Artisans International will make a prompt replacement.

  • Dewi Artisans International is not responsible for damage of any kind occurring after items are received by the customer.
  • Do not sign for, accept or open a damaged package.
  • Items must be returned not later than 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
  • At the sole discretion of Dewi Artisans International we may pay or reimburse the return shipping fees and ship the replacement items to the customer at our cost.

  2. We will reply by email with an explanation of the appropriate procedure.
